Referee attorneys receive daily emails if they have not responded to a request for a case. From there, they can either accept or reject a case.

In the workroom of the case you referred out, there is a Referral sequence button. Click that, and a list of the attorney(s) you referred to will appear. From here, you can withdraw a referral if they have not accepted the case. Then the next in the sequence will receive the case. If there are no other attorneys listed in the sequence, you can add another lawyer. You will receive new recommendations from ReferDesk or you can search if you have someone in mind.

Navigate to your profile. On the left side panel, click on “Integration.” There, you can input your access token. For further support inputting your API keys, contact our support team.

The easiest place to see an overview of all the cases is the “Dashboard. “Here, you can see cases referred out and cases referred in to your account.

You can export your cases referred in and cases referred out with the excel button. Once you click on the excel button, a .xlcs file type will be downloaded.

What you provide in the workroom is all that the person you refer the case to can see. There, you can see what documents you have uploaded and what content has been shared with the referring attorney.

Please navigate to the dashboard. When you click on a case you were referred to or you referred out, the middle top section of the page lists the current status. The Status categories are as follows:
  • Attorney Invited
  • Under Review
  • Under Contract
  • Case Settled

There are two options. First, you can email us at support@referdesk.com and we will upload the case type after we verify. The other option is to select the case type as "other."

No. ReferDesk is a cloud-based application. Access can be reached from any device with internet connection. Both Windows and macOS is compatible.
